sometimes I wonder how some ebay sellers think that stuff like this would even sell? this just ended http://www.ebay.com/itm/My-Little-Pony-Zecora-/330783804492?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4d04404c4c  honestly? you want 480 dollars for a 14.99 zecora? I am still laughing!~ anyone else seem people asking crazy prices for cheap ponies?

Well, as is it always said, sellers are more than welcome to price their goods at whatever they want to price them at. Doesn't mean we have to buy it.

I mean, I don't even plan to buy Zecora for $15. I sure as heck won't pay $500 for her. But that doesn't mean someone else won't!

Could be a oopsie. Her other one sold for $20.00 so they may not have bothered to check the price they listed her for the second time.

On this one I would hope and guess a listing error or perhaps it is a CC one - Comic Con Zecoras had CC stickers on the box I think. Its not uncommon for items which are boxed in different ways and with different ways even though they are identical to be more valuable than their retail equivalent.

There is no harm in asking I guess but yes it does seem a rather expensive Zecora!

I'm not too well informed about the whole box thing but this one does say "TRU exclusive" right there in the front. If the SDCC did too then forgive my ignorance.

Either way, rare and HTF or not, it's so not worth that But yes, sellers can price it any way they like - just like that FS lot that was up for $5000 or what it was Mad sellers hehe.

I think the ones from sdcc said sdcc and the ones from TRU say TRU excusive

It isnt the TRU sticker I meant...SDCC exclusives normally come with an SDCC sticker which is used almost as a seal on the opening of the box [the sticker appears on pretty much all SDCC items no matter the seller]. I "think" the Zecoras from CC had this additional SDCC seal sticker and although I doubt someone is willing to pay that much more for this, you may [and I say may] find that some collectors may value that release, confirmed as an SDCC release, as more than a regular Zecora.

*shrugs*  They can ask it, but a buyer isn't likely to pay it.  Of course...  with those new bronies throwing around thousands of dollars at stuffed animals, maybe they seller thinks they will be seen as a "deal".

If I had the money I would love to have one of those custom plushes!!!! the amount of skill and work that goes into making one is amazing!!! they are a work of art!
