I don't think I'll be able to ship before Monday.

*Finally* was able to get more apoxie sculpt from the store after running out - today was my first day off in seven days, and the store that carries it locally was open exactly when I was working! D: It doesn't help that with the flowers we got in for Easter (ie, hyacinths), my allergies are on high and I haven't had energy to work on anything at all.

On the other hand, thank the stars I have a place nearby that carries apoxie sculpt as an in-stock item - I just wish I'd known about them years ago; I'd've skipped trying DAS clay! ;P

Was able to get the last of the sculpting done this evening, just waiting for it to dry before I get painting going. Also, need to figure out what I'm doing for goodies to go along with my pony.

Hostess and partner mine, please forgive me for being tardy! T__T

Just mailed in a picture and forgot to ask if it's okay if I ship on Monday or Tuesday as well.  Is the post office back open on Monday?  *scratches her head*  I'm so out of the outside world loop. X.x  After many failures and frustrations, I'm finally almost done!  I want to spend more time to add a few more extras touches, though.

Clay isn't fully dired yet (happens when the basement floods; dunno why, since it shouldn't affect the clay ), but I've started painting the body anyway. Had to go a different direction than what I had in mind originally, as the clay wasn't cooperating with my roller (why??? last batch loved my clay roller! *pouts*). Once that's done, second layer goes on, then the detailing, then the skirt. Going semi-smoothly so far! SHould be on track for getting photos for you tomorrow, provided the clay dries (solidifies?) before bed tonight so I can paint the last of it.
