I love props! Bases, up to my partner, I think it depends on the final custom.

I have seen some awesome props and bases, so that would be fine with me.  I tend to prefer ponies on their own as a general rule, though.

Personally I love props, when they work. I seriously can't make my idea condensed enough to work without them this time I don't think. So mine will have props regardless 

Bases can be lovely if done right, pointless if they're massive and don't have much on them. Look at the bases LLL makes, they're just stunning. I made a base for my Poison Ivy pony and I think it works really well, but it depends on the pony. I felt she needed it to show the kind of "growing from the wild" thing I was trying to convey.

Ugh rambling.

See, I can't condense my ideas/thoughts ever. No wonder I can;t seem to get all my ideas for this swap into one pony! Ramble ramble.....

bases are fine. like everyone else. nothing too big. props are awesome! i'm a huge fan of fun little stuff. or cool things etc.
(my desk is covered in tiny dog toys and tiny toy dogbones.) xD

This is the only one I can find quickly of LoveLauraLand's but as you can see, it's no bigger than the pony itself, and it's beautiful!

My pony is FBR'd, some of the small details have already been sculpted. She's getting hair as we speak, then on to the sewing and more sculpted details. This. .. will take a while. ... sigh.

I've got the first coat of paint on my pony.  She'll bet getting another coat or two to make her more ... twisted.  Her hair is on preorder.  Tomorrow, I go to Hobby Lobby to see if I can find anything to make things *really* interesting.

I'll hopefully be getting the FBR done on mine soon. I spent hours doing a different FBR and then I didn't feel like starting another. I'm still waiting on hair anyway before I can do anything else.
