So, let's discuss symbol types.

Okay, it's another "what's your favorite" kind of polls. We like those, right?

I can't quite think of everything to put in the poll, but hopefully I've covered the basics. Included are a couple categories for those symbols that don't really make sense. I'm looking at you, Cotton Candy.

You can choose up to three options. I will probably pick heavenly bodies (love sunshines!), plants (love flowers!) and I'm not sure what else. Maybe jewels.

I'm not a big fan of the abstract art, like squiggly lines or geometric shapes (maybe that's why I don't like the fair art ponies too much?). My fave are celestial symbols, and I also find the odd teacup or throw pillow to be a charming symbol.

Hmmm, but I like more than 3. I guess food because who doesn't want Munchy. Aquatic creatures because I love Flicker. And ordinary objects like Crumpet's teapot or buckets with shovels.

my favorite sumbols are usually "ordinary objects." Like Barancles treasure chest, and Bright Eyes pen and notebook. I like animal and food symbols, too.

My favorite symbols are space/celestial themes (stars, planets), flowers (especially roses and carnations), and sweets/candy.  I mostly focus on collecting ponies that fall into those themes rather than being a set-completing collector.

Aquatic: I'm a total sea nerd, even though I don't really admit to it as much as I should. I love sea creatures and the mystery of the ocean. I just find it all very fascinating (my OC has a freakin' manatee hangin' out with a starfish as her cutie mark). Plus I love ocean colors.

Fun Stuff: I love the simplicity of "fun stuff" cutie marks. I love having fun get-togethers with my friends, but it's never anything elaborate. I just enjoy sharing fun little moments of wonder with my friends.

Fantasy/Sci-Fi: I met my husband playing D&D. I love fantasy-based anime and books, too. Reality is dull. I love getting lost in a fantastic world of imagination and endless possibilities. Even the few dreams I remember are steeped in fantasy. I often wonder how different the world would be if it were as magical as the stories I read, or even if there were just mythical creatures that walked the Earth with us, such as dragons or unicorns. Or if man and dinosaurs had shared the Earth. Fantasy has endless doorways to explore and I love going through all of them and experiencing the magic within each.
