Selling ponies for rent, bills...what a bummer.

Sorry of course that you have to sell your ponies.
However - they will always be around somewhere and hopefully in the future you can get them and many more back!
Perhaps it is lucky you have something to sell to help with the bills and keep the eletricity going! It would be awful without light and power~

I've never had to sell ponies.. My tiny collection might get me 10 bucks lol..
But I know how it feels to have to sell something you love just to pay bills. It sucks so much.

Been there too. I sold a few more expensive ones to pay credits off ... I had to, but I still regret it, especially MOC Italy Surprise. I want her back so badly ...

Yes, I have been there - normally its a car related issue which send me to ebay and if my car continues on its current money hungry episode then I ll be off to ebay with a few ponies myself soon enough.

I don't have any issue selling doubles, 1 of each is enough for me (and my shelving!) but I've come close to having to sell some of my collection to pay for things we've needed before and it was a horrible thing to have to even think about. Luckily other things came along to save the day and the ponies stayed. Hopefully it will stay that way!

I'm  there now. I'm gonna be selling all my doubles in hopes of making some money back to pay for a few minor things that have happened in the last month or so - like my glasses breaking and having to be replaced or the muffler in my car that is bad. I keep telling myself they are doubles but it's hard....

I've never had to, it's just common sense. Alternatively, I have way more than I could possibly appreciate/remember, so you're probably better off with a lighter load.

The thing about my collection is I don't collect mint condition ponies or on card ponies unless I were to find them in a thrift store or otherwise dirt cheap. My ponies have not run on average more than $2 a piece. I'd probably get more money selling the other 80's toys I have that I have no room to display so I have a buffer of other stuff to sell before the ponies.
