How much was the bigger lipbalm set? I actually only want the Bubblebutt figure, but I don't mind buying the whole set for it, as long as it's not super expensive.

I love the glass set, but I bought a Hello Kitty glass set at Michael's like a month ago and after just one use, the design discolored and started peeling off. I'm afraid these will be made by the same company and have the same issues.

I considered bootleg a possibility but I don't have her yet. If they are they have made a very good job at making them appear official - they certainly look genuine from the pictures. Either way I will be happy as I have wanted an AJ plush for a while and she is better than the Funrise plushies and more affordable than handmade.

The Japanese logo has My Little Pony in english (then japanese/katakana underneath) then has トモダチは魔法 (tomodachi wa mahou / friendship is magic)

But... the logo on "mylittleponyjapan" has the exact phrase as on this plush tag, just with the characters split up and arranged into the MLP heart/rainbow/swirl logo outline (right click, view image to see it larger).

:/ As you point out, your Japanese plush has a different tag... and what I said still stands. ; That isn't the Japanese logo what so ever.

I am really tempted by the Luna regardless, since she's really cute.

Bandit is right, it's still not the correct logo.

More importantly, there's an easier way to tell it's a bootleg in this case.

It uses the European Safety logo (CE Mark) and the warning logo. Authentic Japanese plush don't use the CE logo (why would they? That's our thing ) and they have their own 'choking hazard' images.

Regarding those Toywiz sitting plushies, I actually like the Twilight one a lot. I hope they release them over here!
