ID/PC: Vintage Mattel Baby Doll, Barbie-scale

I found this little doll at a yard sale, and was wondering if anyone here might be able to help me ID her and possibly give a price check for her.

Sorry for the picture quality... My camera's showing its' age.

Her tag says "A Quality Original by MATTEL. Mattel Inc. 1973". The date might actually be 1978; the ink's a bit smeared and I can't make out definitively if it's a 3 or an 8. It also says that she's made in Taiwan.

Anyway, she's very small, about 2 inches tall (was thinking she might be from a Barbie line or something similar?). Cloth body, rubber/plastic head, and rooted hair. Eyes are painted on. Clothes aren't removable; basically, her clothes are her body. She feels like a beanbag; according to the tag, she's stuffed with ground nutshells.

Anybody have any idea who she is?

I believe thats the baby from the Mattel Sunshine Family dolls. I'll get a link with some info for you

She does look similar to the Sunshine Family baby (I think it might be the same headmold), but from what I saw, the Sunshine babies have a plastic/rubber body and they appear to have inset eyes. This little one's body is cloth (her clothes ARE her body, basically) and her eyes are painted on.

That's a Baby Beans doll.  I have a few of them in different colors.  They used the same head mold for the sunshine baby, but there was a whole separate 'Beans' line, which is where this is from.
