Whitening discoloured hard plastic - Dream Beauties

Does anyone have any ideas on whitening severely discoloured hard white plastic? I have a very yellow Sky Splasher Dream Beauty - I assume sunfading will only make it worse rather than better. If there's no reliable way, I'm going to try and steal her mane and tail for my other Sky Splasher, who is white but has a bad mane/tail trim. But other than the discolouration, this one's in good nick, so I'd love to try and get her looking better first!

With hard white plastic I know people have had luck with Peroxide and hair bleaching cream.

Excellent! I suspected Hydrogen Peroxide would be the ticket, I just wasn't sure about the specifics. I shall procure myself some, take 'before' pictures, and start experimenting forthwith!

Be very careful with the bleach, guys. It may look white NOW but in a few years there is a risk it will yellow out again.
