De-tinseling Sweetsong?

Uh oh, it's a detinselling question again.
I might be soon cutting back my G3 collection. I recentley found a G3 Sweetsong and I think she's going to be a keeper (she's really pretty colour wise) and my one has sort of crinkled up tinsel and it seems to be the clear 'really hard to straighten out' type so I'm thinking of de-tinselling her but would it harm her value? I'm not sure how common she is so I just want a heads up before I find my tweezers.

On the G3's I don't think de-tinseling has really affected value on any of them Some people prefer no tinsel too.

I love tinsel so I would be bummed. But to each their own:) I think any change to a pony will take down its value. There are still people out there who hate the tinsel so its not a huge change or drop...but its like original pony vs altered pony:)

I normally like tinsel, it's just this 'G3 tinsel' is really hard to manage, the foil based coloured stuff is fine as it can be straightened out, the plastic see through kind, not to much.

Personally (obviously ) I wouldn't want a detinselled pony or, maybe if it sells for much less so I guess I´m with Crowning_Glory on this one.

Basically, if you want to sell her off, I'd say don't bother, but maybe you actually enjoy detinselling, so then go ahead

If you're planning on keeping her, than why not make her to your liking? If her tinsel is crinkly anyways, I would think that she'd be worth more without tinsel, than with crinkly tinsel.

On a G3 I dont think it makes much of a value difference oddly enough - mainly because as a G3 she has such a low value to start with. So I say, if she is staying in your collection to stay get those tweezers and get de-tinselling
