So Soft Cupcake deflocked too!

Oh hai, everypony!  In spite of work interfering with my pony care , I've managed to deflock a couple of my So-Softs from a lot I bought a week or two back.   (For before photos, since I don't want to photospam you, please refer to this thread: http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php/topic,306267.0.html )

These So-Softs were the worst I've ever had the pleasure of deflocking.   I finished them tonight, with my newest secret weapon, Sally Hansen's Salon Strength nail varnish remover.  It's got enough acetone (according to the label) to remove dark polish stains, but the scent is just regular nail varnish remover so it didn't overwhelm DS and I.  Bonus: the bottle features a tiny pinhole-style dispenser top, so apart from what I was actually working with, not too much else was accessible to stink up the place.   Cupcake's still drying upstairs and I'll post pics tomorrow, but here's the unfortunately biro-ed Ribbon, all deflocked and ready to go.  (I may redo her tail; I'm kind of not happy with it, but oh well.)

As an aside, it seemed like these So-Softs were really, really stubbornly flocked.  Every time I thought I'd gotten all the glue off, I'd apply SH to be sure and wind up scraping yet more gross booger-brown ropes of glue from their bodies.  Blech.  Ribbon isn't 100% perfect (under her hooves is still a bit sticky), but I'm quite pleased with the results, especially since she's only for my personal collection.

I have a 1/2 deflocked ribbon. She isn't done because of the same reason, the flocking is so DARN stubborn!

She turned out beautifully. The bolder colored So Softs (Ribbon, Twist, Hippity Hop) are the hardest to deflock I think because even just a little bit of flocking or glue really stands out on their dark bodies. I will have to grab some of that Sally Hansen stuff!
