Are you looking forward to the season change?

Okay, the Derby is done, so I need a non-Derby poll for awhile. It's been awhile since we've had an off-topic poll, even.

Up here in Alberta, summer will be coming to an end soon. It's already getting cooler and the leaves are turning yellow on some of the trees. No, I don't look forward to it, and wish I could go down to the southern hemisphere and watch it turn spring.

I really wish it could stay summer forever. Well....actually, I'd be happy if we just has summer and fall as our only two seasons. I love summer because I enjoy sitting outside on our porch or going swimming in the pool. Summer is when I get to see a lot of family that I normally never see because we are the only ones who have a big pool, haha!
But I love fall too. The foliage is gorgeous and the weather is perfect. Never hot, but never too obnoxiously cold.

I look forward to cooler weather where I can function outdoors, however, I'm terrified of driving in the snow so I don't look forward to winter.

I do like autumn, but I'd prefer if it stayed summer. This one slipped away so fast this year, and I never really accomplished much. I want a summer do-over!

I can't wait for autumn to come. It's my favorite time of the year With the cozy weather all dark and rainy, the beautiful colours of the trees, and of course halloween

I never been much for the summer. Too hot, and bright and bleh. Not my thing at all so I just can't wait at the moment to enter into autumn

I'm ready for autumn.  This 100 degree weather has really taken a toll on life here.

Here in the UK we don't do seasons - it's either wet, cold and wet, or bleddy freezing . I do NOT like cold weather - it makes my health issues hurt even more than they do normally, I have difficulty getting out when it's icy, and I just do not like.

I want the fall season to start badly. Summer is the only season I dislike with a passion here in Texas. Its wayyyy to hot, its miserable to be outside, you can't walk  your dog until after dark...its just better in the Fall and Winter.

The autumn is my FAVORITE season, so I definitely look forward to this time of year!!

Aside from the rubbish weather we've had this "summer", it's been pretty stressful for me work wise with a lot of staff holidays, busy one minute quiet the next etc. Come September, there are no holidays (exceptions are hard won!) and we get busier so you can relax into a rhythm.

Plus, autumn means PonyCon!

Here where I live we have only two seasons: Rainy and Less rainy. So, yeah; I don't mind the season change too much =P
