Does anyone want to see a working Buddy L(?) fakie? [Video!]

I have a 'fakie' here, I've had her since I was about 3 and I remember picking her up new in a toy shop. She's one of the so-named 'Buddy L' fakies, with a light up horn, pink saddle and wings.

I remember when I saw photos of a blue one in a fakie thread that it was mentioned that no one has ever seen a working on. My girl still works, and makes all the lights/noises/movements as she should (aside from one wonky wing), would it be worth me taking a video of her for collector reference?

I've got a similar one, it's pink, has a yellow saddle, but it's a regular pony, still works. Love that clomp clomp clomp sound and strange breathing she makes! There's a video floating around somewhere on the old arena of her making noises and lighting up! :o)

Would LOVE to see your Buddy L in action!

Oh, here it is, HavAcrumpet452 and I were reallllly bored, this is waaaaaay back from October 2010... You'd think I knew how to work it as it is a child hood pony... HA! Yep and it still works today! Mwah ha ha ha..

I had a big plastic horse that, as far as I can tell, used the same "*gallop gallop gallop* NEIIGHHAYHAYHAY! *gallop gallop gallop* sound effect! Man, did that take me back!

I am fairly sure that toy companies bought the same 'stock' sounds. That particular neigh is on a few toys I remember owning.

You can change the batteries in the winged ones, but not the earth ponies and I don't think the talking ponies. I've got a few that work yet. I loved my childhood Buddy L.

I don't think I've ever replaced hers actually! She went through a stage where her wings didn't flap at all, then I guess they clicked back into place. My toys, like their owner, all seem to have gronked shoulders...

Also.. ... drat drat ponyfeathers drat! I had that white and pink normal one at the front. Long since gone as I donated her to a friend's sister. I knew she looked familiar!
