Second Set of Princesses, tell me all!

So. After completing the first set of princesses (yes, with hats, wands, picks, ribbons, bushwoolies AND dragons!) I decided I needed another insane goal. So... why not collect the second set of princesses with their accessories? 

I got lucky and acquired a complete Princess Taffeta from a friend's childhood collection. I also managed to lay my hands on a Princess Misty who I completed with her accessories, and I have a Princess Moondust en Princess Dawn.

Thus, I need Pristina, Sunbeam and their accessories and accessories for Moondust and Dawn. Should be fun!

Soooo.... tell me how your quest for the second set of Princesses has gone (or maybe is still ongoing). Who/what did you find hard to find? How much cash do I need to lay aside for this project? Just share all you know with me!

I have all the princesses themselves. But I think Misty is my only complete one - I have the crown for Princess Dawn and the Wand of Princess Sunbeam, Pristina and Moondust - Taffeta is the one that get's really expensive to track down stuff for - well they all do really, so you got really lucky there.

Oh! I had so much stress fun completing this set 

I have them all complete - crown, wand, ribbon and comb but in all honesty the thing which drove me absolutely insane was Princess Moondusts pick. I bought literally a dozen different pics in as dark a purple as possible before I finally matched it up...it was a complete grail. I was so pleased to finally track it down as she is my favourite of the set and for the obsessive completionist that I am it drove me crackers to have one missing accessory!

They are easily one of my favourite sets - I love both of the princess releases.

I'm still trying to track down a few princesses from the second release, Pristina and Moondust... I really don't have many accessories... I got Taffeta with her ribbon... that was an awesome surprise with a lot!

Hathorcat, I am, like you, a complete accessory nut and completionist, so I'll probably be like you in my search, haha. I'm sure it's going to be a lot of fun!

I just finished tracking down all the crowns- I think I've pretty much given up on the picks and ribbons.  Taffeta's wand still eludes me! They get pretty costly to complete.

I got lucky and was able to complete both princess sets with all accessories a while back. The ribbons and crown clips are the biggest pain to track down for the 2nd year, and the clips can run $50 depending on who's clip it is and who is looking at that time.

The ponies themselves are not too expensive, maybe up to $20-25 for Tafetta and Pristina, all the others are more like $15ish.

DROOL!!!  Sigh I want to complete these sets...but I only have 2 and they are my childhood ponies:) Is it hard to find the crowns, wands, and bushwoolies? This will take me a long time:) I only get 3 times a year to buy g1 ponies... Thanks for the picture

They are so lovely with all of their accessories!  I only have the ponies themselves, but out of the second set, Taffeta in nice shape was definitely the hardest for me to track down

Pics as promised - sorry just grabbed them quickly and it also sent me into a panic attack as I couldnt find Moondusts comb before I remembered after the pics that I had taken it for website pics lol! So panic over...but unfortunately as its not in this house it missed the photoshoot!
