I have been waiting 11 days for one item and I even tried to send a message through ebay but there has not been a reply.  Maybe she hasn't been on ebay lately.   Has anyone had a problem?  I have looked over both of my auctions and there is nothing listed about shipping dates or times. I have a tracking number on one from 11 days ago but it hasn't ever tracked or shown post office receipt.  I have not spent a lot, but I am just a little worried.   I don't want to start a problem, I am just trying to figure out what might be the issue since I can't reach her through ebay.  One item it hasn't been that long...I know it hasn't been a month or anything...just don't know what is going on.  Not mad...just concerned about communication..maybe I am just impatient..who  knows.  I just usually get stuff USA shipping long before 11 days.  I thought this might be a shipping date issue, but there is nothing on my auction about that so I am just a little confused at this point.

The lack of communication and faulty tracking number does seem concerning.  Perhaps she just wrote the number down wrong, but without communication it's really hard to tell what's going on.  I haven't bought from this particular user.  Can we maybe see the auction?  I thought you had to put a processing/shipping date on there.  I'm surprised if Ebay just let them wing it.  Also, does your paypal show the payment as cleared?  Maybe there has been some kind of error.

I am sorry you are having issues tula.  It seems she is having a bit of trouble with keeping good communications over the last six months or so.  I don't know what is going on as it never was this way before.  She was a pretty reputable seller. But there was an issue a bit earlier in the year with late packages and items not as descibed.

Oh wow okay...blaaaaaa.  I will give it a couple more days and see if she contacts me and then if she doesn't I will go from there.  Oh and yes my payments have cleared.

Last time I purchased from her the description was substandard and I never received replies to my comms. Seems like this lady has dropped the ball in a big way lately!

Also, am I correct in saying Nurseglory is on the bad traders list nowadays? I think I saw her name when I was checking out an eBay seller just the other day.

Little.Fox, I had no idea she was on the bad sellers list.  I remember looking at that list a while back but honestly it was long enough ago...I don't remember if I ever saw this ebay sellers name.  This is very disappointing.  I usually never buy from people with less than 99% feedback and took a chance on this one because, I needed something. Oh well...just my luck. Man...

By the way I found a sweetie pup in my bait box.  I think it's the cocker spaniel.  It's the yellow one with the seriously curly hair.  I don't really want it, do you want it for your collection?

I am sorry tula...personally I have bought a lot from NurseGlory over the years and never had issues with condition as others seem to have but she is a little notorious for slow shipping. However, I do believe she does tend to amend any issues i.e. refunds or eventually replace/ship. Anything I didnt receive she always refunded and anything which took ages to get here did get here eventually it just took its time sometimes. So I am sure its just a slow shipping issue - but you are right to be worried if someone is not communicating with you. I am keeping everything crossed it gets sorted out and that ponylady can nudge her to get back in touch with you.

Well I can live with the slow shipping as long as I get my item. I will be very uphappy if I never get it.  I don't want to deal with ebay cases and the like.

*hugs*    I dont know whats happned to Nurse Glory lately. I bought ponies from her a number of times without any issues but its been a while and like the others mentioned, there have been issues with her this year    She does normally resolve them though. Hopefully she will respond to your messges, but if she doesnt within the next few days then it might be good to take up Ponylady's offer of contacting her on facebook. I think thats what happened before and then she responded

Well it appears thank  goodness that both of my items are now finally tracking after 12 days of waiting on the one.  I am just glad they are on their way.  Hopefully they will be in nice shape when they arrive.

Yes that is really late to wait two weeks and finally ship. Wow  I will let you know when I have another update.
