Congrats I made the mistake of waiting for someone at a bootsale once, turned around and saw the ponies I was heading for disappearing into an old ladies carrier bag I learnt my lesson - at markets/bootsales/charity shops etc I wait for no-one!
Well done. Good pony hunting! And you never know if that child could grow up into a fellow collector at some point. After all, a LOT of people returned to ponies after giving them a long break recently...
Awesome, I have yet to find any G1's at a flea market, garage sale or thrift store. I find plenty of G3's and G4's though. The day I find a G1 is going to be a very, very good day.

I learned a long time ago that my dad takes too much time looking everything over...Confetti looks super cute!!Same with my dad. I know what I'm looking for so I go through the aisles really quickly. I even found some Jem dolls that I quickly snatched up and those are really hard to find as well! I don't let anyone slow me down. Even my boyfriend. He knows what I'm looking for though. He knows to look under the hooves for the year and the name "Hasbro".
