Does anyone collect G1 ponywear?

I collect G1 Pony Wear
But no one would ever know it. 
I have some also from Peru and Spanish Piggy wear from Spain.
I am a "Closet" Pony Wear Collector

I collect Ponywear. I have a Posey/Kisscurl army to model sets that I have loose as the walking pose is the best one I've found for most of the outfits, and if she gets stained or marked by the outfit then she's a relatively common/cheap pony anyway.

I have a few sets that I should really photograph, once the mountain of sales and trades and stuff is done!

You know, I never thought I'd like pony wear... until I found a huge lot of it at a US yard sale, about two years ago. I was surprised at how cute it was and how sweet my ponies looed. I dressed Blossom in the Designer Collection, and she looked absolutely radiant, even though there's one show missing from that set. And the baby sets are so sweet. One day, I want to have all the mother-and-baby sets, too.

Oh, sure, I've been collecting it for the last year; have most outfits now.  Usually only buy complete sets or MOC.  Also have some nirvana ponywear (Argie, Peru, Greek; the quality on the Greek outfits is great!).

I was also very disappointed with G4 pony clothes; they could have at least put a pic or something on the dresses (like the ball gift set).  G1 ponywear quality was way better.

It's annoying that pony wear is so hard to find complete unless it's MOC though

And I used to think Sidewalk Surfer was ugly, but now that I have it I think the working skateboard is fun and adorable!

I love G1 ponywear!   I have several bags full, mostly of odds and ends right now, with maybe a few complete outfits tossed in there.   Some of it is from my childhood, and is a bit on the dirty side, another two bags have stuff I got in a Craigslist lot a year or two ago.   Plus I have gotten a few pieces in swap boxes, and I also have a MOC Rockin' The Night Away set, which is really tempting to open and put on one of my ponies.

I hope to eventually have completed sets I can put on extra ponies for display, but that is a goal I will have to wait on for now.

I love ponywear!!!!!!  I have the complete set... except I gave up the silver purse from From the Designer collection and have yet to find another one to replace it.

I'm trying to collect all of them on Canadian cards - have all the Megan and Pony sets and the Pocket Pal sets (except I think the elephant suit)

Have quite a few Nirvana sets too. One of my grails is the white & blue dress from Peru that I missed out on, got the other 2 which are cute.

Most ponywear doesn't sell well since they are quite common. I have stacks of shoes and Great Skates saddle blankets and saddles that no one is buying since most collectors would already have them. It's the easily lost pieces that are more sought after.

I love G1 pony wear.  Some of the pieces are rather common though and seem to come up for sale a lot (which explains why it takes ages to sell).  My favourite outfit is Great Skates.  I had it when I was little and played with it all the time
