G1 Rattle and Elastic Question for the experts...LOL

Okay so I want to know....for the rattles that come in playsets with elastics...is there a variance in the color of the elastics from the photographed color on the boxes?  Say you see a pink elastic on the box, but on the inside the elastic is white...is that common?  I know with the elastics that come with ponies those seem to keep to a standard color but what about playsets?  Especially the playsets that are from say UK, Canada verses USA??? Do the elastics changes colors at all?  I have a white and I have a pink elastic.  My Sweet Dreams Crib has a picture of a pink elastic on the box, but on Lady Twilights site has it pictured as white.  Since mine is not the USA version..which elastic color do I use? Pink like the box or white like the site? I am so confused??????   Also especially with this set as there were several colors of the mobile stand it made me wonder if the colors of the elastics varied too.  Thanks for your time in helping me get my set complete.   Maybe I am just too picky for myself.  I am having trouble with the duck comb as well as mine looks a lot darker than the one on the box? Yikes I mean really I could just start screaming.

It's always hard to know with things like this isn't it. I know that the colours on the box don't always match what's in the box.

Sorry I'm no help but I understand the frustration when you just want the right pieces for the set!

LOL well at least you are validating this issue for me that things are not matching up. That is very helpful. Why oh why did I get so involved in accessories? I knew my brain would go on over drive and feel exhausted???? Why do I do this to myself. blaaa

We do it to ourselves because those little accessories are just so wonderful and cute , we need them aaaaaaaalllll
