paypal issues

 any one elce having issues with PP at the moment?.

so im trying to pay for an order,  the seller isisnts that they have sent me an invoice for,
but NOTHING is showing up in my activity on paypal!, ... ive ordered from them before with no problems, but this time  the invoice is not showing up . 

ive asked for them to send the invoice again,  they emaild me back saying that that re sent the invoice but still NOTHING!!

what the hay is going on!... i realy need the order, it should have been paied for and shipped by now..

Maybe ask them to copy paste the address they are using to send the invoice? Perhaps there is a typo?

Looking on PayPal support forum one suggestions given was to have the sender issue a Reminder for the invoice. It might resend in a different way.

thanks for the advce , there should be no typos in the adress as the email account im using to comunicate with them is the one i have set up for pay pal,    ive asked them to quote me a total amount and  the account theyed like me to pay it too  so i can do it as "send money" as the invoice is not showing up but im yet to hear back from them

got an email back from them and was able to do it as a "send money"
pay pal sent the autimated notification emails THAT time,
im woundering why it didnt send the "reqest to make payment" emails to me in the first place ?

has any one elce had this issue?
