My first deflock :)

Oh, she's lovely!  Good work, partypony.   Deflocks can be a pain in the poot, but they are worth it once all the flock, sweat & tears are over and done with.  She really is stunning under all the fluff.  Just out of curiosity, what was her flocking like before?

I know how awful that glue can be to get off , but its sooo worth the effort when the po ny looks like that     ahem.. so.. shouldnt you be hiding from the PLRU?   quick! run before they catch you!! !! ...and   I'll... take care of Ribbon for you

She was already patchy, really bad. And the reason I'm deflocking  twilight is because her flocking is grey now cupcake, same thing. They look much nicer without the fuzz anyway

Wow, you've done a great job! I've done my first deflock, Cherries Jubilee, and she's looking all right. It's not hard and there's not much to worry about in terms of damaging what's underneath. The hard part is being diligent enough to really do a nice job and not just leave it at "good enough" when she's still got little bits of glue on her. It's not hard, but it takes a lot of effort!

I once nearly threw a Twist against a wall in fury at not being able to get off the last glue. Thankfully I realised the pony was too precious and threw my mobile phone across the room instead
