Who made this girlie?

This is one of the first customs I ever recieved as a gift and I've always wondered what her history was. Who made her? Did she have a name? I call her Kielty after the friend who gifted her  ^.^

Does she have any markings under her hooves?  She is lovely!  Also, if you could show a pic of her eye style that would be helpful :)

The antlers made me think to MBryan http://mbryan.deviantart.com/ but on her Da page there's not this pony so, not sure honestly  :lookround:
