Those shelves are actually expandable spice racks that you can use as spice racks or in medicine cabinets! They expand out to 3-tier shelves. I found them at TJ Maxx and Marshalls.

I can't exactly remember what they are called but I have seen them in the housewares section of TJ Maxx for $5.99 each, in Northeast US.
