Identity Crisis!

I have been trying to identify my childhood pony collection and I only have one left that still needs her identity! I am pretty sure that she is a baby Twice as Fancy pony but I can't seem to find her anywhere. 

She is light purplr, looking striaght up, all feet on the ground but the left front slightly back, blue and purple hair and blue eyes.  She has flowers and hearts with dots around them on her torso.

If you know who she is please let me know!!
