Check TRU... Zecora has arrived!!

Can anyone look in Zecora's hair to see what initials/headsculpt she has?

I thought only I asked these questions, ha!

Went to TRU for Zecora today and all they had were those ponies with giant wigs, several dozen Pinkie Pies and Fluttershys and the train. 

Took me a minute to realize when you said "ponies with giant wigs" you didn't mean MLP's haha.

I was like "What is this new pony wig item I haven't heard of yet!?" ;

But then I remembered those new horses in the pony aisle with the interchangeable hair haha. Pony wigs!

Haha, i think she meant "wings", like the new glimmer wings

So I checked my shipping status, and it says it was shipped on August 22, yet I haven't received it yet.. Should I be worried? Does it usually take this long? Or could it arrive in my mailbox at any time? It does say I should expect her from the 23rd-28th.

Check the tracking number and see where it is?  Mine got sent to the wrong post office and delayed, so I don't have mine yet either

i had to pickup a pair of them..and tru was running the buy one get one 40% off..so 16$ for a pair of them i was more than happy...my only complaint on the one i opened was the gold band on her lifted leg only goes half way around...but she is soooooooo cute...i wasnt a big fan of zecora..but her toy is just adorable!

The first thing I did was take her to the bathroom and turned out the lights to see how much she glows XP

  I can't find Zecora anywhere! Is there anyone who could pick up one for me if you happen to come across one? I'd like two! One for play and the other to keep MIB.

found like 10 of her at a newly opened TRU in Ontario, Canada.  I have to admit, I was super excited to see her.  She was selling for $12.99  i picked up 2, one to keep MIB even though I have deboxed all my other G4s.  Her packaging is jsut so special though, totally worth the extra money!

I am debating on whether to debox mine or not. I have two of them MIB but I almost feel as though I should trade my other one for something nice. But yet I want an open Zecora to admire. Gah! Decisions decisions....

Yeah, I don't dig how Hasbro just really half-arfed on Zecora's jewelry, soooooo...

as a pony customizer, you know I had to fix that. XP

I painted over Zecora's original neck bangle paint, same with her foreleg bangles, but wrapped the foreleg bangle all of the way around her leg, using liquid gold and bronze leaf. Repainted the simple brown lines with a cocoa colored acrylic.

Pierced her ears with silver metal jump rings, and coated those in bronze liquid leaf.

Gave her mane and tail a good shampoo and conditioning, "pony salon", treatment, trimmed and lightly reshaped her mane.

Touched up the blacks in her eyes and on her hoofs with black acrylic paint, sealed the hooves with glossy varnish, and her eyes with a matte varnish. Not sure if I want to risk trying to mix up a batch of grey to match her stripes. She has a pretty noticable paint scratch on her back and the muzzle grey paint is a little wonky. Think I should give it one more go to make her perfect?

That is sooo much better!! Seriously didn't anyone even look at her and think how stupid it looks that the bracelet doesn't go all the way around? Still love Zecora though...

You could always debox her but keep the box.  She doesn't really have any hair pinned down in any way that you couldn't ever return it to the box.  She is easy to remove.

I took mine out but then put her right back in.  The only thing that is not the same as it started is the piece of tape on the box.  But otherwise everything looks like new.

Do you have any idea how many more shipments they might get?  My sister wants one but they were all out at my store.
