That's the fun thing about fictional characters, you can have your own theories.    I like the toy, but I couldn't put a name on it.  It looks familiar, but I'm not sure where it's from?

Nope, I got nothing.  I think I watched End of Flutter Valley once as a kid and haven't seen it in at LEAST 15 years.  I'd have to search it out honestly.  I didn't get much TV time as a kid
