Olympic Ponies!

So I was at Greenwich park today to see the finals of the team show jumping... after the most frightening jump off I've ever seen GB WON!!!

I wasn't the only pony person there however... I was just walking round Greenwich market before going into the grounds and I was greeted with this awesome sight!

This young lady was cashing in on the Olympic horsey fans and selling off her G1 pony collection just around the corner. it was great chatting to her and even though she was selling most of her collection, she said she was really enjoying talking to past and present pony fans.

It's so lovely to find ponies when you're not expecting it especially at an event like the Olympics! Oh and I bought a couple of ponies from her too; Bon Bon and a mail order Napper. She priced them pretty reasonably at £7 each. If anyone else is going to be in the Greenwich area in the next couple of days, do make sure to say hi or even grab a couple of new additions to your collection!

What's on that poster on the left?  I think I see Mimic, Tiffany, and some ponies wearing outfits, but I've never seen the poster before.

i think those might be greeting cards actually??

i saw a greeting card similar to the pictures on those on ebay a long time ago and it had a 2 baby ponys and one had the eyes painted on upside down... the eyes look so different if the pupil is on the bottom lol

Yes they are greetings cards - the pop up quite a lot on ebay uk

That is awesome =) I'm not an Olympics fan but darn, if I had known people would be selling MLP's there I would have organized a trip to England and the Olympics in a heartbeat
