Watermarking A Photo
« on: August 05, 2012, 12:18:28 PM »
I am trying to watermark photos, but I am not computer savvy at all, and I am not sure as to what would or would not be appropriate. I messed around with photobucket and this is what I came up with:

Waht do you all think about the text, amount of space it takes, visibility of image, etc. Do you think the watermark should be bigger or smaller? I want make this as good as I can. I'm leaning towards the watermark needing to stretch a little more from corner to corner... Please help?

I think it looks good. It doesn't take away from the image and it can still be read.

Looks fine to me.  You will want to play around with the opacity and size/placement for each image as it comes, of course.

I personally think it is distracting since it goes over the main part of the image. ^^; But that's just me, and others seem fine with it.

I'm not sure if it's what Frog is going for, but I usually watermark things across the main points of the image on purpose. If someone wants to steal the image I intend to make it just a tad harder for them to get "the good stuff".

I think it looks pretty good, and it's light enough you can still see around it.
