so i got this girl in a free box both eyes are not even and her feet only say 84 hasbro and china and the symbol either has bleeding or regrind.

Yeah, red pigment is prone to bleeding like that. As for the eyes, they look normal to me...they may not be 100% identical, but that's normal too.

Yes as others have said its just bleeding on that notorious red pigment on the symbol and it will be a fade on her eyes.

Outside the US/Euro releases the only other country which got Dance n Prance ponies was Argentina - http://mlparena.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.ShowItem&g2_itemId=446395 = but they were stamped with Argentina and were different from the girl you have here.
