This isn't quite as crazy as your story, but a while ago I someone on craigslist who wanted $30 for a Glory because "some ponies have sold for over $3000 so this is a bargain!" The Glory didn't even look nice either. Yeah, people are crazy.

I mean I am all for a seller asking what they wish for an item but really people just a teeny tiny bit of research would be nice. I dont need you to be experts but a quick google/ebay search!

Its like Bargain Hunt - where they pay £50 for that rare piece of Tunbridge Ware and then they get it back to David Dickenson and he goes "wow" and then it sells at auction for £10...oh and I think David Dickenson left BH about a decade ago but hes the only one I know
