Thanks everyone! So I have finally starting painting the background. I really debated on what background to paint but in the end I was inspired by the backgrounds in Rescue at Midnight Castle. I'll post pictures when I'm finished.

Wow that looks amazing! You are really good in painting! I love it so much. When I am going to get my own house I also want a display like that, but nver thought about painting it. Now I want that to haha!
