FS Ditzy Doo!

I wanted to get a :muffin: Pony from HTS but since she kept selling out so fast I decided to just make a custom of her instead. :P The bait was a FS RD. She's been re-rooted in the shade "Jonquil" from Retro Dolls US (which is basically the same thing as Dollyhair's Lemonade).

Actually makes me think of a background G3 peg in one of there movies.  I like the blue.  I just realized you are about 10 minutes west of me.
