Glue for ponies

I have a rehair pony where I had to cut the plug off to remove the head. When reattaching the head, I had several people tell me E-6000 was the best glue to use. My pony's head stayed on for several months. Then one day, I just glance over and the head has fallen off.

Anyone else have any glue suggestions?

I just use regular superglue.
No problems do far -except that one time I glued my fingers to the desk-

my dad  used superglue on my pony head tht just fell off granted its.. super duty superglue. she  then proded to fall off the shelf.. and her head stayed n

I always figured fabri tac glue would work, but please don't take my word for it as I am new to customizing    It might be better if this thread got moved to the customs section as someone there would surely know all the tricks.

I'd use superglue, I've not used the gel kind for pony heads but if you use the liquid be sure to put it closer to the inside of the neck so it doesn't seep through the neck line. I had to use some for my Gypsy and her head is still stuck there

Lol! My gran once glued her trousers to the carpet after that superglue was banned in our house Thankfully I am now grown up enough to be allowed to use it and, yes, I third superglue as the easiest and most effective solution

Ouch! You curse yourself for being so silly and you curse the pain all at the same time! Been there...done that!
