Halloween swap time! COMPLETED

I'm doing some sculpting tonight. I'm using Super Sculpy this time around because it's too hot to get anything good done with my apoxie sculpt.  I'm so ready for summer to be over.

You should move up to wear I am. Looks like fall has come early. It's quite chilly out, got dark at 8:30 instead of 9:45, and I honestly can't tell if my neighbors have their barbeque going, or a fire in the fireplace!

What temperature is it where you are?  I can't imagine lighting a fire. I don't even want to cook!

At the moment, my phone says its 72F, and our high was 74F. It's very pleasant. Low tonight is supposed to be 49F, so I'm debating taking the AC out of my window for the year, but with my luck we'll have another heat wave if i do. .

I was able to get the magnets I need today, along with some other fun things for my partner. Progress ensues.

Well, the full-body repaint didn't go as planned, so I'm probably not going to use that bait, either! However, I came up with yet another new design, so I'm hoping to use that one. I'll get need to get a new bait for it... I'm excited about this one.

I got some sculpting done yesterday. I might have overdone it actually because my wrist and neck have been killing me all day. Go me. I either don't do anything or do too much

I'm sculpting...sure hope this works!  My second try at sculpting.  First time..I made sculpted horns...and they broke off.  Heartbreaking.  Didn't think I'd try it again, but this design will look best sculpted.  The idea is a bit grandiose....hope I can translate it to the pony so it's awesome as it was in my head!

The pony that I was using had already been FBR'd once, and I didn't remove the previous paint job properly. Usually, I'm able to paint over any remaining paint on some of the hard to reach places, but this time, the bits of the old paint stuck out through the new paint job and were very, very visible. I had a new idea that involves a different bait, so I decided, instead of scrubbing the pony again and trying to repaint it, I'm just going to try something new entirely.

Been wrestling with a few different ideas, but I think I have settled on the one that's going to work best with what I've got. Just trying to decide if I want to dye the body or leave it as is.

Would you check and see if they have 3-4" plastic webs without spiders? I need them for a semi-unrelated project (partner treat), and Michael's didn't have any without spidies. :/

I am branching into new (for me) feilds of custom ponies! I just removed a leg and replaced it with another so the pose is how I want it to be. :O Now I need to wait for the preliminary glue to dry so I can put clay around the gap. This is making me glad pony hooves already have magnets in them - I didn't have the leg falling over while I positioned it. Cheating, I know, but I'll take what I can get.
