I went to a new Target yesterday, and apparently they are completely ignoring the toy reset date.  They had a million new things! The bratzillas, their pets, and their outfits, the la dee das and their outfits, the winx dolls and their outfits, the novi stars dolls, a whole bunch of MH (no Robecca, Venus, or 5 packs, of course), and the new pony three packs. It was crazy! Apparently, there a LOT of new dolls coming out! If only the five pack would show up somewhere!  I only need one, right......

i have a list of acronyms at the night class but its largely inactive so i haven't updated it lately :\ n the list is on a public forum. i need to do a series of updates later tonight

does anyone have some sort of item number for the kmart 2 pack?

I'm not sure anything but a SKU would work :S kmart doesn't even have a inventory checker like computer system for customers, the people who work there have to look it up on their scanners and physically go look for it.

Gah!  Why are my Walmarts so behind on their resets?!  I went there last night, it was freshly stocked to the brim....with those dang 1600 dolls! Geez will they never go away?!

Haha, the 1600 are EVERYWHERE  in germany. ^^
Our TRU has 4 isles dedicated to MH and on monday 3 contained at least some 1600. They're a plague. ;D

OMYGOSH!!

I was so bummed that I would have to come here empty handed I went to two Targets, two Walmarts, and a TRU while working around Nashville today. So, at the last Walmart, I picked up a vampire/seamonster CAM with two torsos.

Then on the way home, head hung in defeat , I stopped at a Love's truckstop on the interstate. I had heard rumors that they had a small MH section.   I turned around, and there they were!!!! Venus, Robecca!! There was only two of each, which the girl helping me immediately snatched up! They also had sig Abbey, Rochelle, and Clawdeen. AND DT and Rollergirls!!

so, if you have a Love's, check them, stat! The elusive two were 24.99, which is not too bad, and MUCH better than Evilbay.

The deuce plush was 5$ at Target, also the erasers were $.60

PonySeeker, I've had best results with calling Mattel rather than emailing them. Go ahead and take pics of some of the issues and offer to email them to the representative that you get, and keep a record of when you called and who you spoke with, just in case.

None of the times I've had to call them for an issue did they ask me to send back the item to them. The time I called for a defect was with a CAM add on who had two right feet. They just sent me a voucher to cover the cost of replacing it, and I went and exchanged it at the store I got it from and used the voucher towards Cupid.

I came across Ghoulia and her Scooter last Friday at my local TRU, hidden behind some Beiber dolls. She's such a pretty doll, but I ended up leaving her behind. Her outfit is the only thing I'm really interested in tracking down eventually, I love those boots.

There doesn't seem to be as much love for the Draculaura and Powder Room set, they had nearly an entire shelf filled with them. I guess there's only so much you can do with a bathtub when compared to a scooter, lol. Her hair looks like such a mess in person, so that may also be a part of it. I think she'd look really cute with a proper boil perm. 

I'm hoping I can find an upgrade for signature Draculaura this weekend while on my mini vacation. My original doll is so wonk-eyed, lol, it never used to bother me as much before, I suppose I was less picky when I first started collecting these, but lately I can't look at her without cracking up. I had been kicking myself that I wasn't more proactive about upgrading her before the first run of signature dolls disappeared from shelves, so it seems like I was given another crack at it with the re-releases.

Going to go hunt for Venus and Robecca tomorrow- I'm going to get my best friend her birthday presents and decided to make it a doll hunting spree too now that I FINALLY HAVE MY FIRST JOB! I am so excited!
and I get paid above minimum wage for someone my age! happiest week of my life! I finally have my own income! That and an education! My life is finally getting juggled right! And since I have my own job, mum lets me buy my dolls now too! So happy right now!

Haha, I'm in the same position! Signature Draculaura was my first doll. I didn't really notice her eyes until the 2.0s started popping up. I saw a few of the signatures still on the shelves then, but they all had the newer eye style, which I dislike. Now I'm on the hunt for a nice one!

As an aside, is anyone who styles their doll's hair having trouble with Robecca's? It's a different texture than most of the girls, and it tends to puff out like the CaM wigs. I've gotten it into a passable state, but I really want the lovely waves her proto has.

Random note in case anyone is interested: The RM dolls come in a box with 1 Frankie, 1 Lagoona, 2 Ghoulia, and 2 Operetta, or at least the box at Target today that the nice man brought from the back for me had that breakdown.

The other Target near me decided to start resetting today, but only the Barbie isle.... They said that the reason their system says they have signature dolls but the scanners can't find a backroom location (DPCI 086-02-0477) is that they are on a pallet in the back with a whole lot of other toys, not scanned into a location, so they can't (and she said won't) go find them. [I'm not trying to be catty, just relaying what she said. I understand that to search that backroom for multiple pallets would be a waste of their time] So there many be a set of the Elusive Two near me!!

I have a couple of dolls I am going to make a complaint to mattel about, is it better to email them or call them? And what do they usually end up doing about the problem(s). I have Ghoulia from the fearleading pack that has a weird knee and weird hips that kind of pop out when I put her in the sitting position, then my DT frankie has a smudged eye and my DDG Spectra has a wonky eye, I'm still holding out hope on exhanging her though..

I've used their chat program which I find to be a rather good way to get in touch with them.

Yeah, the toys that are being prepared to go out during the reset are hard to find. They would have to go through tons of boxes to find the right one.
