Oh I'm so sorry to you guys that weren't able to snag Scarah. The refresh pages were making me have a heart attack. >.< I got them like, 4 times but I still managed to get my girls. *bounces excitedly*

But yeah. Mattel REALLY needs to get on the ball with their servers. They KNEW today was going to be a high traffic day. They should have rented extra servers or something just to be on the safe side. I've never had this happen with limited items at other stores before. Ugh.

I tried to get one for my friend (since I have one coming from Prismatic) but after sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes she sold out. Oh well. At least I got the Polly Pockets <3

Same thing.  Clicked on her at 12:00pm EST, waited in an "online waiting room" for 20 minutes and I'm rewarded with "Sold Out" because I wasn't fast enough?  Super fun.  Did I mention how much I love exclusives?

This just sucks...gotta say I always get a bit miffed when I have something in my cart and then am told it's sold out. Frankly it doesn't make sense. If you were in a real store, that's like someone walking up and yanking your stuff out of your shopping cart and there's nothing you can do about it.

If it's in your cart it should be reserved, if only for a few minutes to allow you to get through the order process

I am beyond mad right now! I was sitting in her refresh page at 10:50. And I sat there, refreshing for 20 minutes! How could this happen? I had started refreshing at 10:45. How did I not get a spot in line? Seriously! Add me to a waitlist or something! I am so furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this! if she'd never made it in my cart I'd be less annoyed.  I have time before I have to go back to work for a quick target run, if there's still no venus, robecca, or scary tales I am going to be raging later.  At least I got my Deaths.  Which are STILL IN STOCK.  *bangs head on keyboard*

I started on her page at 10 this morning. I'm seriously thinking about sending an email to mattel. I didn't even touch the refresh button on my computer and it took me to the refresh page.

What sucks worse is that I had her in my cart, then I couldn't get her because of my stupid effed up credit card so it's my fault i missed her

I'm so surprised that she sold out that quickly...that was ridiculous! And I can't believe the site crashed too maybe I just got lucky here in the UK? I did prefill all the info first. I was sure it wouldn't like it as the delivery and billing addresses were different, plus I've had her MC page open on my laptop for days now as a separate tab.

I'm not getting excited until I have her in my sweaty little paws though.

I think it was easier for the people overseas, don't know why. One of my friends in Sweden klicked through and got her right away, no waiting room for her. Plus, she was charged less in shipping for 2 Scarahs then they charged me for 2 Polly Pockets.
