D'oh how did it slip my mind that today was the perfect day to Celebrate a day for Capri (and all our expectant mothers. ) Look forward to seeing some more of your outdoor shots. There haven't been that many before your trip to Cali.

I've spent the whole day fixing my dad's computer as well as an all girls Mother's day lunch with my sisters and our mom. I'll try to take some photos soon. Ugh I was so anticipating this day and everything with photos and fits, but somehow durr, had a brain fart and ended up forgetting about it. >,<;

That's because it was STILL snowing literally like the week before we left for Cali. x.x Like snow flurries that didn't stick, but still snow. Its *finally* warm enough to actually leave the house, so I'm gonna be milking that for all its worth until winter hits again. There's not much time in the year where I can actually go outside, especially for long periods of time. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate Idaho? >.<

I wouldn't mind taking my girls to the park, but ugh, grass pollen is my krytonite and if I took my girls out, they'd get covered in it and I'd pretty much become allergic to them! >,<;

Today I Can tell is gonna be a good day for me to take pictures, since I'm in a piccy taking mood.

We were supposed to go on a walk today but its gray and cold and looks like it'll rain. x.x I don't have the will to use my lightbox so soon after being able to be outside (I haven't touched it since I got back from Cali) so take enough photos for both of us! xD

All of your Liv dolls are so pretty!

I found this Liv at a new thrift store near here.  That store is going to be trouble for me.  I bought her mostly out of curiosity.  She had a big black mark on her face that I managed to scrub off.  So far she's a lot of fun to pose and play with.

Here she is in a barbie dress my niece loaned her.  I've already ordered her a wig from ebay.  This doll... so much trouble but very cute.

She's a Daniela, my guess is It's My Nature. But she could also be Wave 1 or Moonlight Dance. But if she's not Nature, I'd guess she's Wave 1.

She is a lovely girl, you're lucky you picked her up. When you get her her wig, brightberry, you won't regret it one bit. These girls so much fun to play with and really posable. The good thing about these girls is that they fit Barbie Clothes really well, except for their shoes. >,<;

Ugh I felt like taking pictures at the time, but my creativity was practically non existent, so I couldn't get as many creative shots as I wanted.

Your photos look amazing the way you set up the lighting, and everything. I've tried to make it look like the low lighting way you do it with editing, but it still looks all non-portrait looking. Even your outside photos look awesome with how you edit it afterwards.

You don't know how badly I wanna start making those picture threads again. The "room" I setted up to take those photos in, is basically gonna be Lexa & Capri's bedroom. Need a "Window" with a nice scene in it, better bed mattress, an actual drawer(s) set I saw at Joann's and some other stuff to decorate into a room.

Aw thank you hun! I can try and help explain anything in particular if you want, like if there are certain photos whose lighting you love. :3 I did make this 'tutorial' a few years ago, if you wanna get a better idea of how I do stuff. I edit entirely differently now (mostly just brightness & contrast and maybe some curves, and as a note the final edit of the photo I used looks awful on the computer I have now) but the rest is pretty accurate to my style.
