Interest in Seattle Pony Party

My good friend and I were both devastated that we missed out on getting tickets to the Everfree Pony Convention, so I thought I'd see if anyone has any interest in getting together for a little pony party!

We live in the Seattle, WA area (We are actually in Carnation, but we would be flexible on where we have the get together). Haven't decided on a date yet, but probably before school starts again. Kids would be welcome to come too! Thinking more a casual kind of party with some games and food and maybe raffles or something. What does everypony think? Anyone in the area that is interested?

I might beable too, however my mom has a lot of doctor vistits during the summer, and my dad would have to drive me. It also depends on the date. Doubt I'll be able to go.

Actually, at Rainfurrest (a furry convention) last year in Seattle there was a HUGE pannel for MLP!
There were about 200 people there and we all watched the first episode of the season, talked about MLP and even sung "Winter wrap up" while they set up the screen.
They served muffins (lol) and cupcakes and chicken and stuff.. Really super fun!
Even if you're not a furry you'd have fun there, there are TONS of pony fans among the furries.
It will be this year in September. Google "rainfurrest 2012"

But yeah, if it's around that time I might be able to make it to yours too. I live about 8 hours away, but I will be there for the RF2012!

I'm just an hour ferry ride away from Seattle. Maybe I'll come too. All these ponies I've been buying lately have me strapped for cash though.

Thanks Jinxxy for the info about the Furry convention! I know for me once the school year starts I'm going to be very busy, so I'm hoping to do the party before then.

Is there anyone in the Seattle area that would be willing to host the party? I would love to, but it would have to be outside (which will work if the weather's nice but you never know around here ). Anyone feel like volunteering to host?
