Did you have Pound Puppies?

Hey everyone,

I recently was going through some family videos and I came to a christmas episode
where I must have been around two and My mom gave me my first pound puppy.
She was the grey rumple skins one.

She must have been lost in the move when my family bought a new house because I could never find her and I looked for her everywhere. I even tried getting a duplicate.
It seems the rumples skins puppies are very hard to locate, especially the grey color, I had looked for years
The only substitute I could find was a MIB cream rumple skins which I bought a couple years back.

 Well yesterday I actually found her.!!!!. I cant wait to post pics.

So do you still have your pound puppy? If so bring on the pics and tell us her/his story

I had them as a kid!  I had the little vet playset for them as well.

I had some as a child, but they are all long gone with all my childhood toys.

I had lots as a kid, mostly babies. I loved them! I'm sure I still have them in storage somewhere back home.

I have mine from when I was a kid. I bought a couple since then, so I own 5 now. I want more.

I wish I still had mine.  I had a red-brown one I named Whiskey.  He was a puppy that came in a white plastic doghouse/cradle.  I have a picture of him when I got him at one of my birthday parties.

I LOVED Pound Puppies! The Legend if Big Paw is responsible for my taste in music to this day! haha!

My personal pet Pound Puppy was actually a fakie that I've been desperately trying to find again. I was given the pup on the night my mum went to have my little sister, and he's been with me ever since<3<3

(I doubt these will show up, but you can clicky on them. The poor guy is quite a sight at nearly 27 years old! And he still shares a bed with me, but I tend to hug a pony because I don't want to hurt the old creature)

I had loads of them. Both the plush versions with that hard face and the tiny ones with playsets. Good lord I had alot of those >.< But I loved them
They're all still in the basement somewhere, the only question is... where?

I have been copllecting pp for a long time! I too have found the grey rumpleskins to be the hardest to find, I paid 50$ for mine. I have the creme, red, and maybe a black one? Im not sure on the black colored though. I have always wnated the giant pp, but never been able to find one in my price range. I dont activly collect anymore, but I will pick them up if I find thm cheaper. I should try to get pictures someday..lol

Pound Puppies are what I'm most wanting to trade for at the mo (I refer all to my trade thread/ wishlist threads!)
I have a black Hornby Newborn called Huckle, with long ears, he was my first, then a grey newborn rumpleskin. Then my dad went to America and brought back a Tonka dalmation newborn, later found out to be a Hardees pup. I started collecting seriously about 4 years ago. I mainly have Hornby pups, but have several Tonka, an Irwin, a Wauzi and an ElGreco. can't wait til husband gets my website up again, I have several PP pages. (I have a few newer ones, but original ones are my faves). I am now after a full sized or newborn dalmation, and a grey poodle. Plus any other vintage pups I can get my hands on! Don't collect the American Hanna Barbera cartoon series pups though.

I love Pound Puppies. My kids use my old giant one as a pillow. I have another one that looks like a boxer that was my very first.

I had a bunch of them. They're supposed to be at my parent's house. I should ask if they still have them.

I have a pound puppy - the sitting up variety.  So cute!  I've had him since I was a kid

I had Pound Puppies and Pound Kitties!  Both the stuffed animals and the little playsets.  I loved playing with the little plastic ones so much.  They're somewhere in my parent's basement, so maybe someday I'll see if I can dig them up and trade them for ponies.
