Sunfading Spanish Gingerbread? Acetone on Spanish Whizzer?

Hi all,

I have a Spanish Gingerbread with a white body and yellowed head. Is she safe to sun fade? Also Whizzer has a little ink on her ear. Can I use acetone? (I know it bleaches some pink nirvanas)

i think you should be ok with the acetone, just try it under her hoof if you are not sure.

i am not sure if the sunfading will "burn" rather the sunfade gingerbread though

Is gingerbread like cherry treats  in regards to yellowing tho? = I mean I know you said she's spanish, but wondering if gingerbread won't behave like example of Rel's argies that get the sun treatment / won't brighten up...  I hear a peroxide bath, oxi-kind of treatment has done good on yellowing = anybody else know?

I'm wondering the same on the yellowing - I'm not sure that sunfading will help I think the acetone should be okay though I have a feeling I used it on a Spanish pinwheel once without any issues.

Thanks for the advice. The plastic is very different to Cherry Treats and Hk gingerbread. Perhaps I'll just try it on an ear first and see how that goes.
