Its not "what I say", its what's true. Compare for yourself. Background pony =/= automatically made into a toy.

Every pony ever shown or mentioned on the show VS list of G4s
You know what? I'm not here to start an argument with you >_<

Fine, you win. I've had enough of this. I'm not replying to this thread anymore hereforth.

I really don't mind paying the inflated price. I couldn't go to comicon, and for the hours that my seller had to spend in line they deserve compensation for their time, gas, ticket, hotel, etc.  That being said, the con is over and I still haven't heard from the ebayer that I pre-ordered from. I wish I knew so I could buy it off someone else!

So, if there are any left for the website sale, what time will they put them up?  Anyone staying up late to try the website sale?

I personally am happy that some made it to ebay, even if they cost more it would have been impossible for me to get her myself --- so I dont mind if people make a profit to cover the time it took to get her.

You know, I think we have a right to be mad that Hasbro didn't think this through. I don't blame the Bronies or the collectors, but it's really just the fact that they chose a fan favorite to be in limited quality. Anybody who's gonna tell me "We all knew it was going to be in limited quantity, that's what makes her an exclusive, too bad!" can kindly go shove it. >:\

I feel really bad for anyone who stood in line and still didn't get one. That just really blows.  :stressed:

I somehow lucked out with :muffin: Pony.  We went there first thing thurs morning, no ticket, and they let us through.  I realized later that it was probably a fluke:  we went to get in line, but couldn't find the entrance, so we followed someone else under on of their little rope line dividers.  We were asked for a ticket, didn't have one, and the girl just assumed out loud that the ticket distributors weren't doing their jobs lol.  If hasbro repeats this in the future, the best thing to do: get there really, really early.  I was there at 5:30am.

All of the lines there were horrible, though.  What amused me was the fact that welovefine had a 100+ person line lol.  I looked at it, went 'I'll just get a shirt online later' and kept walking XD

I hope you at least enjoyed the rest of the con.  While my attempts to get exclusives for others here proved less productive than I hoped, I still had a blast walking around and seeing everything else.  I got to meet some very nice artists in the alley, one was a total sweetheart, and we got to see lots of really neat stuff.  We also left with a ton of free stuff XD

They charged me 20.69 or something like that lol.  Their flier says 22, though...and everywhere else she was advertised as 19.99...they couldn't decide or something lol.

I know that Hasbro has made many, many background characters for its Star Wars line, but I get the feeling that's unique treatment for Star Wars fans.  Plus Kenner and later Hasbro have had 30+ years to continue making figures from the same movies (resulting in many background characters), while FiM is still a new show and they're still focused on making Mane 6 toys.  Just my two cents.

Wow that's horrible.  Sorry that happened to you.  :(  I am so tired of people who have no interest in ponies using them to make money.  That was probably the reason they sold out so fast, people bought tons of extra for a profit.  They should have had a limit to how many you can get.  Well, at least you can check hasbrotoyshop.com and they usually sell comic con ponies there.  They probably won't be overpriced either.  I hope you can still get a pony.

I still am under the impression that Hasbro really had no idea of the popularity of the Ditzy Doo toy when they were conceiving her. By the time they made her announcement and actually saw how the masses reacted it was too late to up production. I chalk it up to poor planning. Since second hand scalpers aren't making them money, I still believe they might try to release her again somehow (not to stores since people might just think she's an error and not buy her).

Btw that picture is awesome Bag of Magic food. :P
