Is this mold on my Mexican G3? How do I clean it?

So I noticed my Mexican G3 had some weird chocolate brown colored spots on her forehead as I was taking down my G4 ponies. I ran my fingernail through one of the spots and it's kinda gooey

Now cleaning this off the outside won't be a problem. My problem is if it's inside the pony since unlike normal G3s mexican G3s are all one piece of plastic so I can't pop the head open to even see if she has mold on the inside of her. What should I do?

And while I'm here does anyone know how to give a Mexican G3 a new tail? my girl is missing hers.

It looks more like bug poop to me. Is it in the plastic or on the outside only?

Yick! It looks like it's only on the outside so I'll just try to clean it off. Thank you for your help.

Yes I would go with a scrub from the outside and not worry too much about it. If its coming from the inside it will show again but I would suspect, from the image, its a surface thing.
