I was just thinking about the rehair swap and the grail swap and being as tired as I am I was thinking about a variant of Daddy Apple Delight that would look funny. Like if the trees were green he could be Daddy Broccoli Delight. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else out there is also tired or inebriated enough to think of other color combinations on ponies that just wouldn't work, like if Posey's flowers were brown or Nurse Loveheart had a black heart on her rump.

I'm also wondering what color combos would be an improvement. I always thought Medley had an odd color combo, and BORING. And she was my first pony! I think most of the variants of her look better. Music is so lovely and amazing, how on Earth do you think "Hmm, Music. I know, green, green and green!"

I think that Sugarberry would be a lot less appealing if you replaced all the red/pink with brown >_>

I actually think she'd look pretty with blue hair: yellow and blue is a favorite color combo of mine. 

Wonder how the neon (Hula Hula and the like) would look with brown or black hair. . .

How about Banana Split with green symbol and hair? You could put flocking on the cutie mark and it could be moldy banana split

Speaking of neon ponies, I'm looking at Pina Colada and thinking she'd look gorgeous with dark colors meant to look like a tropical sunset-- violet, deep pink, indigo...

I like the idea of Zig Zag the Zebra with minty green hair...I am sure I have even seen her re haired this way at some point - that would be so cute!

That's what happened to me when it came into my head! I thought maybe it was only funny because I was tired. Nope, day 2 and it's still the random kind of silliness I love. Maybe he should have light yellow-orange hair like melted cheese on broccoli?

Zig Zag would be super adorable with mint hair or what about stripes of mint/white or mint/pink?
