Who else crochets?

I've always liked the thought of crocheting. I had tried to teach myself years so without success. Then my befriend helped and I love it! Who else here crochets? I'd love to see some of your work. I'm currently working on a ballerina doll for my niece. She won't be done till Saturday though, but I'll post pictures when I get a chance.

On a side note, I think it would be fun to do a trade or swap. A small project, like a little stuffed animal or something. Anyone interested?

I love your ponies. I was thinking about making a sea pony. I'm still relatively new to crocheting, there's still so much to learn.

I tried it when I was little, but I don't remember any of it now. I made a couple small saddle blankets for my toy horses, haha!

harvet ~ thank you the ponies and other things are all made using a double or triple crochet stitch i think you call them a different name over the pond it took me a little while to get the hang of crochet and to understand the patterns, but i just kept at it.

kiwi ~ aw that is cute i think i knitted some very bacis scarves for my ponies.

I haven't crocheted anything in a long time (anybody know where I can get more hours for my day?) but I really enjoy it. The last project I worked on was turning strips of old jeans into squares that I intend to put together into a throw rug one day. I'm about half done at this point. Now I'm all motivated to go dig it out and work on it some more.

I do! I haven't been able to do anything of the sort lately, but I'm supposed to be working on some doll clothes

I make simple things like flower hair clips and baby blankets and hats for my friends. Ooh and scarves are pretty easy.

I love crocheting! I actually just went through my yarn stock pile trying to reorganize it all. I can't believe I have so many unfinished projects.  I've been crocheting since I was little and can pretty much crochet anything, as long as I've got a pattern that is. I've never been to good at making up my own patterns. except for pony and doll clothes. I am getting pretty good at converting Knit instructions to Crochet, I'm currently working on crocheting a baby blanket using the MLP knit pattern for Majesty.

Me me me!  I love crocheting, and knitting too.  In fact, my first tattoo was a big ball of pink yarn with two knitting needles and a crochet hook.    I don't have any pictures of my work though.  One of my future plans is to try to crochet some plushie ponies.  Or even Smartypants as someone on Reddit posted a basic pattern they used to crochet him.

I can crochet and really enjoyed it when I first started. But I had trouble crocheting in the round (in a spiral), so I never got into making toys. And what I did make, I rarely finished. Then I finally figured out knitting and can't seem to put my needles down. Knitting just feels more natural to me.
I really envy you guys that make all those cute amigurumi.
