How to complain to hasbro UK? Where and what to say?

I've got my slumber party set and Applejack has a back covered in glue residue and her tail is stuck to it.  I've been lucky with the quality of ponies until now but she's just not up to scratch.  I couldn't see a link on the hasbro pony part so do I just go to hasbro in general?

Have other people contacted Hasbro UK?  Got any results? What kind of thing did you say to get a result?

One of the first G4s found in the UK, my nursery tree Fluttershy, came out of the box with half of her mane plugs missing. I emailed Hasbro with pictures, and they just said to take it back to the shop for an exchange,which obviously wasn't possible back then. :/ I had to rehair her with a very kindly donated tail. Hope you can get better results though.

I contacted them way back in the pre-G4 blind bag days. If I am honest they were surprisingly helpful and what they promised at the time which was the little individually see through box sealed blind bags followed by actual blind bags later in the year did come to fruition. The rep I had emailed claimed to have spoken to Marketing hence how she actually knew something.

Personally I dont know if you will always get someone as helpful or dedicated but my one experience was positive and very pleasant so you certainly give it a shot - I simply used the contact link on the website and sent an email...

But my enquiry was a general product one rather than a complaint so I am not sure how they would deal with that.

I noticed in another thread on here this evening that another member had complained to HB about quality on their Shining Armour and Hasbro UK had sent her a replacement of him and a Princess Cadence! So obviously it works to take issue if there is a serious problem.

Call them, talk to them, they are lovely the times I've spoken to them. I had a RD missing half her tail, after explaining why I couldn't go back to the store I got her they sent me a replacement in the post. They did say they couldn't guarantee a RD but I was lucky I got her and two other extra ponies. I also recently called them again about SA & PC in the castle wedding set, SA's tail was not good at all. Again, lovely and sent me out replacements for the ponies for me.

I've used the number a couple of times for product information. If they don't know they'll tell you but seem happy to find the information out if they can.
