This here wonder is called a Tangle.

I have a horrible habit of picking at my fingers, and I'm a constant fidget.. especially when I'm stressed. This little gizmo was ever so cheap (£1!), and it's actually really calming..

It's basically just a loop of interconnected plastic pieces (you can get fuzzy ones and bumpy ones too) which you can move and tangle, it's pretty much infinite. It's quiet and really handy.. I adore it.

Just thought to share this as it might benefit some of you!

I have a few of those!!  my first one is orange and blue, and my other one (which is a bit bigger) is a metallic purple

I have one too! They keep your hands occupied, and my hands like to move all the time, or they have to be holding something

I had silly putty when I was younger. Actually I just bought some glow in the dark pink of ebay

I do the same thing with my nails! And I don't even have pretty nails to show for it! Anyway, I took up knitting, and it has helped

Those things are great!  I'm like you ... I have a little puff ball fish on my desk at work that I walk around squeezing most of the day.

I want one.  Someone decided to give us stressballs with the company logo on it about a year ago.  They ended up being used more for throwing at each other than stress relief.

I've been looking for one of those to control my trichotillomania
