Finally made some (VERY basic) doll clothes, woot!!

So the other day I was scanning Etsy, looking for a simple long black dress for Monster High dolls. I found nothing! In frustration, I pulled out some black fabric and my needle and thread.

The black gown - so easy, after all! Hmm... who wore it better, my CAM vampire or my re-wigged DT Lala?

Then a few simple mix/match pieces ... a lace tube top, a versatile black top, and 2 different skirts.

Nice!  I've been browsing Etsy and Ebay lately.  I really dislike some of the stock outfits I have, but I don't want to sell them unless I've got something else for the dolls to wear, since they're currently gracing the top of my pony shelves.

Infinity dresses definitely do work!
I made one for my lagoona based on a tutorial that a member posted on the old forums, will try to find it.
I also made one for a bratz doll, who I think suits the style better because the MH dolls have such long torsos.

GAH me too. DT Lala's face-up is my favorite - but I HATED her hair. Short and weird and sticky-uppy. She's a whole new doll with that wig (from Liv for Color Alexia).
