Anyone else make custom parts for there BJD?

So I only have one girl and I love her to bits but what I really wanted was a unicorn. So last night an a whim I decided to sculpt her some new parts. it turned out pretty well for a first go. Any one else do this or have any recommendations for what I should make her next? All of the parts are removable, the plan is to make a wig and attache the horn and ears to that latter.

Also any advice for a small problum she has- her head likes to flop forward. I know she is a little shy but it can be quite irritating when your trying to take photos and all she wants to do is stare at the ground.

Can you move the horn, perhaps up a little , to move her head;s center of gravity? Is that resin? if you cannot, I am not quite sure what you could do. I'm sorry I'm so much help, lol!

She had the head problem before I added the horn. My only idea at this point was a small ring of felt in there might give it more grip?

WOW! She looks fantastic! that snappy head problem is a common one. the best way to fix it is to line her neck socket with a really thin layer of low temp hot glue.

I've made 'parts' for my dolls before but I haven't done anything permanent, mine all magnet on.

Cute hooves! I like that they aren't crazy hairy like a lot of companies parts. What colours are you going to use?
