What to do? Ponies :)

My little sister is expecting a little girl next month.... i have been going to quite a few bootfairs and i pick up all the g3s i see at 50p and under. I would like to save some for my niece. But how many should i keep? Should i keep a variety? so unicorns, pegs and earths? What would you do and why?
When i said to my sis about keeping some she turned her nose up. I think we will keep them where i live (still at my mums house xD).

Personally Id collect between 5 and 10 max, a young child will get overwhelmed by too many I think. Hopefully mlp will still be on shelves again she gets old enough so ye can buy together

Yup, just a small boxfull at your house, your niece will need some toys to play with when she comes round. A large boxful will be a pain to store, seeing as it'll be several years before she is developmentally ready to play with them! Be nice to have some sort of playmat for them too, if not a G1, then an Early Learning Centre one, that's what I've got and adds to the play value for children.

Thanks, i expect shes fed up of ponies... since she shared mine in our bedroom for over 10 years ... my stuff kinda takes up alot of space. ^_^

Thats a lovely idea! Yes as others have said a small box of a half dozen to a dozen max - in different colours and poses sounds a great plan!
