I'm going insane here. I'm trying to find an old cartoon, but just can't remember the name or much of the plot/details. I've been searching for so long now without any luck. You guys once helped me before with a show about dogs, so I really hope just one of you will recognise some of this ^^
The main character was a girl. I think her name was Sophie or something like that and I have a feeling she lived in France. She lived in a big mansion with her parents and was quite spoiled. She loses both her parents in the show (I think. Don't remember if one of them was just asumed dead, but then showed up later in the show). At one point in the show she has to move to America (on the way she loses one of her parents) where she is taken care of by a horrible woman. At the end of the show she returns home and is reunited with some people (neighbors?) she knew as a child, including a boy who becomes a love-interest I think. I also think it was from the 90's, but I could be wrong.
Again I'm not 100% sure, but I hope some of it rings a bell to someone. I remember the show to be pretty cute (of course I could be wrong about that as well
) so I would like to see it again.
