Mountain boys.. Thundercloud/Storm NAME question with pic

I have a question about Thundercloud.

 I have quite a few of those name cards (you know the double sided ones that go with the parlour?).

Well I just noticed that one has a strange name on it... on one side it is Shady (nothing strange there I hear you say)...  but wait!  on the other side it says....  'STORM'  and with thunderclouds symbols!

It might be common news that thundercloud has an alterego if it is.. forgive me..I had no idea!!... is it true?!  is he also called STORM?!!!

He is called Storm in the UK sales catalogues but obviously got a last minute name change before launch. Icy Crystal is also called "Frosty" in UK publicity material.

One of the Misfits from Hasbro's Jem line was called Storm and Hasbro also had the ever popular Mr Frosty on shelves...names were probably changed as toy manufacturers dont like cross overs.

The name Storm fits him very well! Maybe he is a normal pony by day, hero by night, lol
