Has anyone heard from her? I am in the middle of buying some retro ponies from her. I sent her a payment of her asking price through paypal on June 1,2012. She was suppose to ship them and let me know what the shipping charges were and then I would send a second payment to cover that charge.

She has told me she has personal issues and shipping may take a bit. The last PM I have from her is dated 6-5-12.

I haven't heard from her either.  We were thinking of a trade but it turned out she didn't have any ponies on my wantlist, so I PM'd her around the beginning of June to ask her if it was okay if I took the pony she was interested in off hold. I didn't hear back, waited two weeks, sent another PM and finally took the pony off hold this past weekend. I feel bad about it, but I don't know what else I could do, it had been on hold almost a month and other people were interested in it 

I really hope she's okay! And that your transaction works out okay, Peppie.

I hope she is ok?  Especially if she stated to you Peppie that she was having personal issues.  And it looks like she has not signed on here since June 8th.  Right after you sent payment. 


Have you tried emailing her through the email address provided on Paypal?  I would try if you have not. 

Hope she gets in touch with you soon though!  And Zombelina I would not feel bad.  If you had it on hold for over a month, I think it is safe to say she is not interested.

i just emailed her through the email address she has registured with Pay Pal. As you suggested. Thank you by the way, I hadn't thought of that.    I hope she responds soon.

I really hate that I even have to ask this question but, we are quickly coming upon the 1 month mark since I sent her payment for the ponies I am wanting to buy.

How much longer should I wait on the ponies or some sort of response before I leave unfavorable feedback?

First and foremost,  I would make sure that you keep your 45 day window with Paypal in mind to open a case.

I don't want to see you be out both money and your ponies in the end.  This is of course if you hear nothing back from her within a week or two.  I would give it till then and see how things play out before you leave feedback.  Then which of course you should leave appropriate feedback.

I was wondering this too as I asked her if she would sell me Baby Bouncy but have heard nothing back after asking for a shipping quote. So I guess I am not getting my pony from her for now.

I know I have the collector pose ponies all MIB & I'm 99% sure I have the Rainbow ponies MIB... I'm clearing out all of my ponies from storage (g3's & newer stuff) so its just a matter of finding them.

Just to give an update to anyone following this thread. I have officially opened a dispute with Pay pal. It was been over a month  now and this has gone on long enough. I will go back 1 week from today and escilade the case futher if need be. Right now pay pal has sent her an email on my behalf.

I really hate to do this but I feel I have been given no choice. Thank you all for your advice.

dont feel bad about it Peppie    you have given her long enough, and you dont want to be out of ponies and monies. If she is having personal issues then I hope things get better for her soon, but that also means that she possibly has no time/ is unable to  deal with her arena/online tranasctions right now . If you do end up having to leave her bad feedback, you can always revise it later if she comes back and makes things right
